I forgot my Myforex password. How do I reset it?

If you can't remember your password, reset it from the login page. A password reset email will be sent to your registered email address.

You can reset your password as follows.

Step 1

Click "Forgotten your password?" on the Myforex login page.

Step 2

On the password reset page, enter (1) your email address and click (2) "Send email".

Step 3

The following email will be sent to your email address. Read the message and click a link in the email.

The link is valid for [30 minutes]. Please start over if you cannot activate the link on time. If you're not receiving an email, please double check your email address and try again from the Myforex login page.

Step 4

On the password reset page, enter (1) your new password (see password requirements) and click (2) "Register".

Step 5

If you are logged in to the Client Manager and the message "Password update is complete." appears, the process has been completed.

The following email will be sent to your email address.
