I want to change my two-factor authentication method to login password.

When changing personal information such as your phone number, Myforex uses a two-factor authentication method for heightened security. The login password authentication requires you to enter your Myforex login password.

You can set the login password as your two-factor authentication method as follows.

Step 1

After logging in to Client Manager, click (1) your icon > (2) Security in the top right corner.

Step 2

Go to (1) Two-factor authentication and click (2) "Login password authentication(default)".

Step 3

On the "Change two-factor authentication method" window, click "Next".

Enter (1) your password and click (2) "Verify".

On the confirmation window, click "Change".

Step 6

Two-factor authentication may be required.

Once the method has been changed, the completion message will appear. The following email will be sent to your email address.

There are three methods of two-step authentication to choose from: login password, two-factor authentication using your email address, and two-factor authentication using authenticator app.
