How do I close my Myforex account?

To close your Myforex account, go to the settings after logging in to Myforex. Once it is closed, you will not be able to log in to the Client Manager with your email address and password. Please note that the account closure can't be canceled.

After logging in to Client Manager, click (1) your icon > (2) Membership in the top right corner.

Go to (1) Account closure and click (2) "Close".

Step 3

The "Account closure" window will open. If you agree to the terms, check the box of (1) "I have read and understood the account closure terms.", and click (2) "Close account".

Step 4

Two-factor authentication may be required.

Step 5

Once your account has been closed, you will be redirected to the top page, and the message "Your account has been closed" will appear.

The following email will be sent to your email address.
