How do I set up my profile?

Please set up your profile after creating your account. Once you have completed setting up your profile, you can proceed to the identity verification process. The address can still be changed on the profile page even after the identity verification. To change your name, please contact us via the contact form.

Follow the steps below to set up your profile.

After logging in to Client Manager, click (1) your icon > (2) Profile in the top right corner.

On the profile tab, click "Register your profile".

Step 3

Your username, name (alphabet), and country of residence have been already provided. Select your (1) nationality. Enter your (2) gender, (3) date of birth, (4) zip/postal code, (5) state/province, (6) city, (7) address line 1, and (8) address line 2, and click (9) Proceed to the next step.

On the confirmation page, make sure that everything is correct and click "Register".

Step 5

Once your profile has been set up, you will see the message "Profile information has been updated". You will see the message "We will verify the information you submitted. Please submit required documents if you haven't already". Please submit the required documents to verify your identity.

The following email will be sent to your email address.
