If your two-factor authentication method is set to "Two-factor authentication with authenticator app" and you can no longer receive a security code because you have deleted your authenticator app or lost your phone, deactivate the authenticator app as follows. If you disable the authenticator app, the authentication method will be "Login password authentication".

Once verified, you will see the message "Your two-factor authentication method has been changed to 'login password authentication'". Enter your email address and password, and then enter your password again on the two-factor authentication page to log in.
