If your two-factor authentication method is set to "Two-factor authentication with authenticator app" and you can no longer receive a security code because you have deleted your authenticator app or lost your phone, deactivate the authenticator app as follows. If you disable the authenticator app, the authentication method will be "Login password authentication".

Enter (1) the security code sent to your phone and (2) the one sent to your email address and click (3) "Verify".

The security codes expire after the following periods of time. If the code expires, click "Resend" to receive a new one.

Step 4

Once verified, you will see the message "Your two-factor authentication method has been changed to 'login password authentication'". Your two-factor authentication method has been changed to the login password. After clicking "Close", you will be redirected to the login page. Enter your email address and password, and then enter your password again on the two-factor authentication page to log in.
