When changing personal information such as your phone number, Myforex uses a two-factor authentication method for heightened security. Here we will show you how to complete the "two-factor authentication with authenticator app".
When changing your security information such as your password, you will be required to do two-factor authentication.
If you lost access to your authenticator app, please read the following article.

Open the Google Authenticator app on your phone and check a security code. You can copy the code with a long press.
On the two-factor authentication window, enter or paste (1) the security code and click (2) "Verify".
On the two-factor authentication window, enter or paste (1) the security code and tap (2) "Verify".
Once verified, you will see the completion window with the message "... has been changed".

There are three methods of two-step authentication to choose from: SMS, the login password, and the authenticator app.
