If there is a change in the MT4/MT5 server or password for the trading account associated with your portfolio, please update the information on Myforex. After logging in to Client Manager, go to "Change account" of the portfolio.
After logging in to Client Manager, open the left sidebar and choose the portfolio to edit under "Portfolio".
After logging in to Client Manager, tap the 3 lines icon in the top left corner and choose the portfolio to edit under "Portfolio".
Click "Change account" in the account information section.
Go to (1) Portfolio settings and tap (2) "Change" in the account information section.

Enter the new (1) server name and (2) password, and click (3) "Next". Fill in both fields even when only one of them has been changed.

A connection will be made to the MT server. Once it is finished, the message "Your account information has been changed." will appear.
If you receive the message "Information update failed", you might have provided an incorrect server name or password. Please make sure that everything is correct and try again.
