How do I download my trading history?

You can track the transaction history of the accounts in your Myforex portfolios on the activity page and download the detailed data in PDF or CSV format. Please note that trading histories are browse-only on mobile devices. Use a PC when downloading them.

Follow the steps below to download the trading history.

Step 1

After logging in to Client Manager, open the left sidebar and choose a portfolio under "Portfolio".

Step 2

Go to (1) Activity and click the data you want to download from (2) Open position, Pending order, Closed position, Deposit/Withdrawal, and Credit.

Step 3

Set the (1) start and end dates for the trading history you wish to download, and then select the prefered file format from either (2) PDF or CSV at the bottom of the screen.

To download the details of a trade, click (1) the trade and choose (2) PDF or CSV on the detail page.

caution Note

A file with more than 3,000 records can't be downloaded in PDF format. Please download the data in CSV format or divide the time period to keep the number of records within 3,000.

Step 4

Open the downloaded PDF or CSV file to check the trading history.
